Dr. Joelle Désir is a nationally recognized Consultant Pharmacist, Functional Medicine Specialist, and Clinical Innovator with more than 30 years of experience integrating conventional pharmacy practice with Functional, Integrative, and Regenerative Medicine. Her work focuses on bridging advanced pharmacotherapy, precision diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and patient-centered wellness strategies to improve long-term health outcomes and quality of life.

As Founder of PhytogenixRx and Clinical Director of PGRX Wellness Clinic in Oakland Park, Dr. Désir leads a multidisciplinary approach to care that combines science, compassion, and personalized medicine. Her clinical expertise includes Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), metabolic health and weight management, peptide and longevity medicine, chronic disease management, pharmacogenomics, HIV prevention and adherence support, and advanced nutritional and lifestyle interventions.
