My goal is to incorporate my traditional western medical training in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a more Integrative and Functional approach. As physician, my role is that of an educator to guide and empower you, to take control of your own health. Often times in medicine, we treat symptoms rather than trying to find the root causes of disease states. By addressing underlying causes such as diet, environmental exposures, gut dysfunction, inappropriate stress responses, immune activation, improper communication between cells, imbalanced microbiomes, lack of restorative sleep and physical activity we aim to restore balance in our bodies. This leads to improved overall quality of life and optimizes health and well-being.
