Jennifer Vermeulen is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is deeply committed to guiding patients toward vibrant health through personalized, regenerative care that addresses the root causes of imbalance.
Jennifer specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Weight Management, integrating evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help patients feel and function at their best. She believes in treating the whole person—not just symptoms—and values building lasting relationships with her patients based on trust, education, and empowerment.
Her clinical background includes seven years as a Critical Care Nurse and another seven years as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, providing her with a strong foundation in both acute and chronic care management. Most recently, she has transitioned into the field of Regenerative Medicine, where she continues to expand her knowledge and skills in cutting-edge therapies that support aging well and living fully.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and completed her Nurse Practitioner training at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. She holds certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is an active member of its professional network.
She is especially passionate about helping patients optimize their weight, hormones, and overall vitality—so they can thrive at every stage of life.
