Jennifer Roelands, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN and integrative medicine physician specializing in perimenopause and menopause care. She is the founder of Precision Health MD in Fullerton, California, where she treats women navigating the hormonal, metabolic, and cognitive changes of midlife.
Dr. Roelands completed her OB/GYN residency at Duke University and her integrative medicine fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), and has spent 17 years in women's health.
Her clinical focus spans menopausal hormone therapy, metabolic health and insulin resistance, and longevity medicine for women 35 and older. She founded Precision Health MD to provide the longer visits and root-cause evaluation that midlife hormonal care requires — combining conventional evidence-based treatment with integrative approaches to nutrition, sleep, and metabolic function.
Dr. Roelands reaches more than 33,000 subscribers through her YouTube channel, where she has published over 200 videos on hormone therapy, GLP-1s, sleep, libido, and midlife weight change. She speaks nationally on women's midlife health and has been featured in more than 20 media outlets.
She lives in Orange County with her four children.
