Description

   Dr. James Leung is a board certified Anti-aging Physician, Internist and Gastroenterologist. He is the founder and director of “EUREKA Taipei International Functional Medicine and Healthy Aging Center” in Taipei.

    Dr. Leung is the Asian pioneer in Functional Medicine and is the first Taiwanese medical doctor received formal training and endorsement from Dr. Jeffrey Bland of the “Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)”.

   Dr. Leung graduated from Taipei Medical University in 1979 and has also received continuous medical education in Harvard Medical School and Columbia University Medical Center. After practicing conventional medicine for 20 years, Dr. Leung turned his expertise to be more proactive and holistic, engaged and committed to preventive medical care.

   In more than a decade, Dr. Leung has adopting Functional Medicine Matrix and Anti-aging Medicine approach to help various clients with lots of success. He is particular keen at detoxification, gut health restoration and healthy aging maintenance. He also helps clients with nutritional and lifestyle programs on metabolic, post-cancer, mental and autoimmune disorder.

   In particular, Dr. Leung is also an advocate and educator of Functional and Anti-aging Medicine in Taiwan. He has published books and articles on exploring and promoting the new medicine to cross-strait community since 2001.

   Currently, Dr. Leung is also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the “Taiwan Association of Integrated Health Promotion”. Besides regular practice, he continues to educate the community with new health concepts in terms of publications and seminars.
