Jacob Miller is a distinguished Nurse Anesthetist and nationally respected expert in chronic pain management, regenerative medicine, and health optimization. He began his academic career at the University of Kansas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a specialization in Chemistry. He went on to complete his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors at Washburn University before graduating in the top 1% of his class from the Minneapolis School of Anesthesia, where he earned his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology.
Following graduation, Jacob completed a rigorous fellowship in Chronic Pain Management at the University of South Florida.
Jacob has extensive expertise in orthobiologics, including PRP and IV platelet lysate therapies. He received advanced training from leaders in the world of orthobiologics and continues to communicate with leaders around the country on advancements. His clinical approach prioritizes tissue preservation, joint health, and long-term outcomes over symptom suppression.
In addition to regenerative pain care, Jacob has advanced training in functional medicine and hormone optimization, completing in-depth coursework through A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine). His practice emphasizes comprehensive lab-based assessments to identify root causes of pain, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, and hormonal imbalance. He has also completed extensive advanced peptide training through A4M, integrating peptide therapy to support healing, recovery, mitochondrial health, and longevity.
Jacob is known for his evidence-based yet progressive approach to pain management. He has been a strong advocate for moving away from corticosteroid injections due to their chondrotoxic effects, instead focusing on biologic and regenerative therapies that harness the body’s innate healing capacity.
Above all, Jacob is deeply passionate about longevity, long-term health optimization, and holistic patient care. He treats patients through a whole-body lens—addressing pain, inflammation, metabolic health, hormones, and lifestyle factors—to help them not only feel better, but function better for years to come. His commitment to innovation, education, and patient-centered care continues to shape the future of regenerative and integrative pain medicine.
