Jacob completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of South Florida (USF)—a program renowned for its depth in both traditional and integrative pain techniques. His training laid the foundation for a unique practice model that combines evidence-based interventions with regenerative medicine and functional diagnostics.
Jacob has trained with some of the top names in the field. He studied under Dr. Charles Runels, the inventor of the Vampire® procedures, and is certified in performing Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Hair®, and O-Shot®/P-Shot® techniques, which are used for natural skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and sexual wellness. For joint and musculoskeletal interventions, Jacob trained with Dr. Don Buford, an orthopedic surgeon and regenerative injection expert, learning advanced ultrasound-guided PRP and orthopedic joint procedures. In the realm of stem cell therapy, Jacob trained with Dr. Adriana Demers, a leading authority on autologous bone marrow-derived stem cell applications for orthopedic and spinal conditions.
Currently, Jacob is pursuing his RMSK® certification, a rigorous credential for musculoskeletal ultrasound proficiency, allowing for even greater precision in diagnostic imaging and regenerative treatments. He is also actively completing advanced training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and a certification in regenerative peptides, ensuring his patients have access to the most cutting-edge, science-backed tools for healing and longevity.
