• Registered in the Catania Provincial Order of Surgeons and Dentists in 1997, transferred to the Order of Bolzano in 2004 (no. 02290);
• Specialisation in Medical Toxicology achieved at Università di Catania with a mark of 70/70 and honours in 2000;
• Level II MA in “Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery” under medical and surgical direction at Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” and Università degli Studi di San Marino, achieved in 2008 and 2010, respectively (4 years’ continuous study);
• Post-graduate course in “Dermatologic Laser Surgery” at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Rome in 2008.

Work experience:

• Student internship followed by practice as a junior doctor in training at the Institutes of Biochemistry (1992-1994), Pharmacology (1995-1996) and Toxicology (1997-2000 as junior specialist doctor) at the Faculty of Medicine of University of Catania;
• Voluntary internship at the outpatient centre and operating theatre at the Division of Dermatology of the Bolzano Hospital from January 2008 to December 2010;
• Practiced medicine independently at the Bonvicini di Bolzano geriatric care and rehabilitation centre from 2005 to 2015;
• Performed anti-aging and aesthetic medicine at the Poliambulatorio Specialistico di Verona and at the Renaissance Luxury Medical Centre in Ghiffa, Verbania in 2013;

•  Lectured on “Herbs that heal” at the CRON4 wellness centre in Bruneck on 10 October 2012;
• Lectured on “Aromatherapy and essential oils in wellness practice” at the CRON4 wellness centre in Bruneck on 11 November 2012;
• Attended the BIOBRIDGE "Generation – Regeneration Conference", delivering a lecture on 27 September 2013 on “LED photo modulation in association with hyaluronic acid: new frontiers in facial rejuvenation”;
• Attended the 8 A4MC World Anti-Aging Congress/2^nd Annual Congress on Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine of the Pacific held in Pechino on 25-27 October 2013, delivering a lecture on 26 October on “Prospects for the application of Zeolite in anti-aging medicine”;
• Attended the Antiaging WOSIAM board certification – anti-aging in clinical practice in Montecarlo on 25 March 2015;
