Gregory Miller, DO, FACOI
Dr. Miller is a boarded certified Osteopathic Physician. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Holistic Medicine. He has also been previously boarded in Emergency Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. He has been involved with conventional and integrative medical practices for over 30 years. Because of this, he has a large experience base in many aspects of bringing “Help & Health” to his clients and patients.
In addition to his conventional medicine training and experience, he also has comprehensive training and experience in holistic medicine. This includes training with the Institute for Functional Medicine (where he is currently enrolled in their certification tract). He also has extensive training in Cranial Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy having trained with The Osteopathic Cranial Academy, The Upledger Institute and Anthony Chila, DO. He has trained with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine under the direction of James Gordon, MD. He has training with the Maharishi School of Ayurvedic Medicine. He has also trained with Illana Rubenfield and her Rubenfield Synergy program.
Dr. Miller has substantial training in multiple disciplines of shamanism. He has trained with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Sandra Ingerman, Michael Harner, The Four Winds Society, and multiple indigenous teachers including the Ecuadorian Iachak, Don Alberto Taxo. In addition, he was also instrumental in establishing The Society for Shamanic Practice by being a founding Board of Directors member and a Founding Member. His greatest love is to integrate his extensive knowledge of shamanic energy work into his medical practices. He believes that all things have a material and spiritual component. Integrating Western Medicine and Functional Medicine with the spiritual approaches of the shaman brings him great pleasure.
In addition to his vast Functional Medicine training, Dr. Miller is also extensively trained in IV Nutritional Therapies, particularly with the International IV Nutritional Therapies for Physicians Global Educational Foundation. He is also extremely interests in the field of optimized health by the mechanisms of Precision Medicine and Human Longevity Medicine.
He has been involved with multiple teaching events and trainings in the fields of shamanism in medicine, Cranial Osteopathy and Functional Medicine. He has lectured at universities, medical schools and in the private sector.
Dr. Miller believes that every person needs to be self-empowered to achieve their own healing. His mission is to help others to find their own power within, in order to optimize their personal health. He honors a variety of healing techniques that enhance each person’s innate ability to achieve their optimum health. His goal is to act as a bridge to self-help for the people that seek his assistance.
