Dr Berland has chosen Direct Primary Care as a model of care. Simply stated, Patients First doesn’t bill insurance. Patients pay a flat monthly fee. Unlimited visits, without copays or deductibles. We do accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA). 100% of your monthly fee can be paid by your HSA. Think concierge care, but at a reasonable price.

By eliminating the barriers of large healthcare organizations and insurance companies, Patients First can offer appointments within 24-48 hours, and extended office visits. Exceptional care requires time, attention, and meaningful patient relationships. Direct Primary Care has solved the problems with traditional primary care practices.
