Dr. Gail Humble is the CEO of Klotho Skin and Medical Director of the Aesthetic Anti‑Aging Institute. She studied genetics at UC Davis and earned her medical degree from UTMB–Galveston. After a general surgery internship at Michael Reese Hospital (Chicago), she completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Southern California (USC).
Dr. Humble has served as Medical Director for Blue Pacific Aesthetic Group as well as for aesthetic and anti‑aging institutes in San Francisco and Los Angeles. A prolific clinician‑researcher, she has authored 30+ publications on Sculptra and the aging face, along with four publications on the Klotho gene/protein. For over 26 years, her work has focused on modifying stem cells to upregulate the Klotho gene and isolate the Klotho protein—an effort that has yielded multiple patents and leadership roles as principal investigator on numerous clinical trials.
A frequent national and international speaker in aesthetic and regenerative medicine—including for A4M’s aesthetic division—Dr. Humble regularly lectures on Klotho biology and translational applications at A4M, the Klotho Conference, biohacker forums, the Cell Surgical Conference, and the Stem Cell Conference. She has recently published her latest cellular research and results from three clinical studies across four medical journal articles. Her ongoing goal is to advance meaningful, science‑driven innovations in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
