Gabriel F. Rizzo, DC, CFMP®, ABAAHP, is a  Chiropractic Physician, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Board-Certified Diplomate in Anti-Aging Medicine with advanced training in metabolic cardiology, integrative endocrinology, hormone replacement therapy, and clinical nutrition. Founder and Clinical Director of Alpha Care: Sports Chiropractic & Functional Medicine in Crestview, Florida, he integrates functional medicine, metabolic health, and hormone optimization from a foundation of root-cause, lifestyle-focused care to address the whole person and their unique wellness needs.
