Dr. Eboni Cornish is a nationally recognized, board-certified family medicine physician, integrative medicine expert, speaker, and creator of the NeuroLongevity Network, a brain-focused framework integrating functional medicine, precision biomarkers, and neuroimaging to optimize brain health, cognitive performance, and longevity. She serves as Associate Medical Director at Amen Clinics and is widely recognized for her work in neuroinflammation, complex chronic illness, and precision brain health.

Dr. Cornish specializes in the treatment of Lyme disease and co-infections, autoimmune and neuroinflammatory conditions, mold and environmental toxicity, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalances, autism spectrum disorders, PANS/PANDAS, mood disorders, and complex chronic medical illness in both adults and children. She also helped develop Amen Clinics’ Neuroinflammatory Intensive, a comprehensive two-week inpatient program focused on chronic inflammatory and neurological illness using advanced diagnostics and brain imaging.

She graduated with honors from Brown University, earned her medical degree from Brown University Medical School, and completed her residency training at Georgetown University. Dr. Cornish also completed research training at the National Human Genome Research Institute as a Howard Hughes Medical Fellow.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Cornish serves as a Women’s Health Ambassador with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is President-Elect of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS). A sought-after international speaker, she lectures across the world on neuro-longevity, women’s brain health, neuroinflammation, and precision medicine at leading medical and wellness conferences.
