Christopher Roberts, MD, ABAARM

Dr. Roberts’ approach in functional medicine is to provide an alternative for patients who have been through conventional medicine and are left with no real answers to their complex problems. His mission is to help each patient to discover the root cause of their own personal illness or condition. Many patients are just looking for ways to thrive in their life regardless of age.

Dr. Roberts began his career in the field of urogynecology. It was during this time that he was introduced to an in-office treatment for urinary and fecal incontinence. This treatment approach was non-surgical and provided a pain-free, risk-free approach to bladder and bowel dysfunction. The discovery of this novel therapy changed many of the paradigms of thinking that Dr. Roberts had been taught in his traditional medical program. And it was at around this time that he was introduced to a new form of medicine called integrative medicine. Dr. Roberts was personally compelled to become fellowship trained in this new form of medicine practice. He completed a fellowship with A4M through the University of South Florida in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. He received board certification in this subspecialty and has been practicing integrative medicine since that time.

Dr. Roberts continues his studies in order to further his knowledge in all areas of integrative medicine. He has completed a master’s course in lipidology, completed a course through the Mast cell 360 program, received certification in the Bale Doneen Method for care of cardiovascular patients, completed the full program with Cogence Immunology, has been certified and continues to work with the FGA group studying genetic factors associated with disease, completed certification in and is currently involved in the SSRP certification program for peptide use.

Dr. Roberts’ life motto is “to honor Christ in all that I do.” Dr. Roberts is dedicated to the practice of medicine and to provide sound healthcare to his patients.
