ExoCoBio's CEO, Byong Seung Cho, MBA went from a biotech venture capital to setting up ExoCoBio, a company whose core technology is based on adipose stem-cell derived exosomes for regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics. ExoCoBio researches and developed the world's first exosome-based cosmeceutical & bio new drug. ExoCoBio was found in 2017 by Byong S. Cho. The company is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. ExoCoBio creates better values for the healthy life of mankind through continuous research and development. ExoCoBio has developed a patented exosome isolation technology, ExoSCRT™, which assures high-purity, stability, safety, productivity, and even exosome-based products to the market.

Byong earned his masters degree in Molecular Biology at Seoul National University in South Korea. He finished his MBA in Venture Management at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
