Brian Graham, CPS, is a clinical strategist, healthcare entrepreneur, and advisor whose work spans personalized medicine, clinical operations, biotechnology, pharmacy, therapeutic development, and health product innovation.
After earning a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, Brian was among the first cohort to receive peptide therapy certification through A4M and was selected for the inaugural International Peptide Society Mastermind Group. As Peptide Program Director at the Boulder Longevity Institute, he helped build one of the early medically managed peptide programs, developing and coordinating individualized therapeutic strategies for hundreds of patients. He later co-founded EverSpan Life, where he helped shape the organization’s concierge care model, clinical infrastructure, therapeutic offerings, and patient experience before the company’s acquisition.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked directly with thousands of patients in the United States and internationally, helping them understand complex health information and navigate personalized approaches to performance, recovery, and long-term health. His broader work includes collaborations with physicians, medical practices, biotechnology companies, pharmacies, manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, and strategic partners to expand access to advanced therapeutics and personalized care across global markets.
Brian is driven by a larger mission: to accelerate the global transition toward truly personalized medicine by connecting scientific innovation with thoughtful clinical implementation and a deeply human experience. At its core, his work is about preserving human capacity, protecting the physical and cognitive abilities that define quality of life, and helping people sustain what matters most for as long as possible.
