Arezoo Akhavan, RPh

Dr. Arezoo Akhavan earned her pharmacy degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998. She brings more than 25 years of pharmacy leadership, clinical expertise, and patient-centered care experience to her practice. During her distinguished tenure at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, she served as Pharmacy Manager, where she led pharmacy operations, advanced medication management programs, and helped ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient outcomes.

Driven by a passion for personalized medicine and preventive healthcare, Dr. Akhavan founded her own compounding pharmacy to help patients optimize their health, vitality, and longevity. Under her leadership, the pharmacy specializes in customized hormone replacement therapies formulated as creams, troches, capsules, and suppositories, tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Dr. Akhavan has a particular interest in peptide therapies, weight management, and longevity medicine. She believes that proactive healthcare—focused on maintaining wellness, supporting healthy aging, and preventing disease before it develops—represents the future of medicine.
