Dr. Pasternak received her PharmD from Ohio Northern University in 2014. Following graduation she completed a PGY-1 general pharmacy practice residency at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, OH and a PGY-2 Clinical Pharmacogenetics pharmacy residency at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. After completing her clinical pharmacy training, Dr. Pasternak became a Clinical Pharmacy Translational Science Fellow at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. She joined the faculty at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2018. Dr. Pasternak’s clinical and research practice are both centered around the implementation pharmacogenetics.
