I trained at the University of Chicago, where I also served as a Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care, guiding and mentoring the next generation of physicians. Seeking a more comprehensive and forward-looking approach for my patients, I went on to pursue advanced education through Harvard Medical School in metabolic and obesity medicine. To remain at the forefront of longevity science, I regularly participate in leading national conferences and am honored to be invited to private gatherings with visionaries such as Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, and Rhonda Patrick. Learning directly from these experts allows me to stay closely connected to the latest advances - insights I translate into practical, personalized strategies for my patients.
