Requirements and Graduation - Anti-Aging Fellowship
Fellowship Graduation
December 2013 Las Vegas
The Fellowship graduation will be held in December, 2013 at our 21st Annual World Congress in Las Vegas, NV
Deadline for requirements is Monday October 28th, 2013
- Must have successfully completed the ABAARM/ABAAHP board exams
- Must have completed all board requirements ( see below for brief outline)
- Must have completed 40 webinars. These can be done live every week or you can watch the archived webinars online. Please email faafm63@yahoo.com with a list of all archived webinars you have listened to, including the original date of airing.
- For FAARM Fellowship: MODULES 1-5 must be completed.
- For Advanced Fellowship: MODULES 1-8 must be completed.
Board Requirements
ABAARM
- Current Membership
- Attendance at 2 or more A4M Events
- Photocopy of your Medical Degree
- Photocopy of Active Medical License
- A 5 Year CV, demonstrating at least 5 years of clinical practice
- 200 CME hours over the past 8 years
- 5 multiple choice questions with medical references
- Signed affidavit of no disciplinary action
- 6 patient charts
- Written Exam
- Oral Exam
ABAAHP
- Current Membership
- Attendance at 2 or more A4M Events
- Photocopy of your Medical Degree
- Photocopy of Active Medical License
- A 5 Year CV, demonstrating at least 5 years of clinical practice
- 150 CME hours over the past 8 years
- 5 multiple choice questions with medical references
- Signed affidavit of no disciplinary action
- Written Exam
