Dr. Poznanovic is triple board-certified in Obesity, Lifestyle, and Nutrition Medicine.  After 15 years as a surgeon in Colorado, she transitioned her career to focus on weight management, hormone replacement, longevity, peptide and nutritional IV therapy. With a Master's in Nutrition and Human Performance, Dr. Poznanovic takes a science-driven, personalized approach to help individuals achieve lasting wellness and peak performance. She also has certifications in health coaching, medical acupuncture, and nutritional science. Dr. Poznanovic is skilled in nutritional counseling, lifestyle counseling, health promotion, public speaking, culinary medicine, and maximizing optimum human performance. She is licensed to see patients in nine states, and has been recognized as a 5280 Top Doc and a Colorado Parent Best of the Best.
