Kristine Romine, MD, FAAD

Kristine A. Romine, MD is a distinguished board-certified dermatologist, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing dermatology and regenerative medicine. She is the founder and CEO of BelleSante by Kristine Romine, MD, BioSculpt by BelleSante, and Kristine Romine MD Advanced Medical Skin Care. She also established Camelback Dermatology & Skin Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona, a leading private dermatology practice specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Romine is renowned for her expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and laser treatments.

An Arizona native, Dr. Romine earned her Medical Degree with highest honors from the Medical College of Wisconsin. After returning to Phoenix to care for her ailing father, she completed her residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. She went on to pursue a Dermatology and Mohs Surgery residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident and became the program’s first graduate.

In 2017, Dr. Romine completed the prestigious Physician CEO program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, followed by a corporate governance course to enhance her board leadership skills. She has served on the Board of Directors for multiple private & publicly held organizations, including TopMD, Alphaeon, and Evolus, where her insights have been instrumental in shaping the future of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Romine is also an accomplished educator and mentor. She holds adjunct faculty positions at Midwestern University, Northern Arizona University, AT Still University, and Touro University Nevada. In 2011, she established a medical scribe and mentoring program at Camelback Dermatology and now continues at BelleSante, providing aspiring healthcare professionals with invaluable experience. Many participants have gone to medical, PA, or NP school and credit Dr. Romine’s guidance for their success.

Through BioSculpt by BelleSante, Dr. Romine integrates regenerative medicine with aesthetic dermatology to provide innovative solutions for facial and body rejuvenation. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Romine is a dedicated wife and mother of four. She enjoys yoga, travel, and family time, finding balance in a life committed to excellence in patient care, education, and innovation.
