Fellowship Overview

The advanced fellowship curriculum prepares students to join the leading functional medicine experts and thought-leaders in the field. This curriculum is rooted in a systems-biology approach that targets the highest priority of care. The final two courses of the curriculum will consolidate your knowledge and expertise, taking a step further than the full Fellowship Program. The sessions will simplify the most complex issues, streamline testing, and instruct you on the ways in which to provide effective care. This fellowship provides one-on- one mentorship, available as needed. Join our community of experts as we share experiences, answer questions, and ultimately redefine medicine.

Requirements

Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine
  • Completion of 8 core courses
  • Completion of Triad Course Part A & B
  • Written Competency Exam
  • Oral Competency Exam*(ap plicable to MDs, DOs, DPMs, and MBBS)
  • Medical Degree, Active Medical License, CV demonstrating 5 years practice*, and signed affidavit
  • 40 Webcasts
  • 3 Case Study submissions (Allied Healthcare Professionals)
  • 6 Case Study submissions (MDs, DOs, DPMs, and MBBS)
  • 100 hours of CME credit
