Judson Alyn Brewer,

MD, PhD

Jud Brewer MD PhD (“Dr. Jud”) is a New York Times best-selling author and thought leader in the field of habit change and the “science of self-mastery”, having combined over 20 years of experience with mindfulness training with his scientific research therein. He is the Director of Research and Innovation at the Mindfulness Center and associate professor in Behavioral and Social Sciences and Psychiatry at the Schools of Public Health & Medicine at Brown University. He is also the executive medical director of behavioral health at Sharecare Inc. and a research affiliate at MIT. Sheldon Jordan, MD is a clinical associate professor of neurology at UCLA and USC. He has a private practice in Santa Monica, California. He has taught two interventional programs at UCLA and helped establish the stroke service at UCLA and Providence Saint John’s Health Center. He has authored numerous books and journal articles, and he lectures nationally and internationally on brain health and regeneration. His newest book Regenesis: The Brain Doctor’s Guide to Health will be available this summer. He specializes in advanced imaging techniques, interventions for brain and nerve injury, anti-aging of the brain, and regenerative medicine. David Perlmutter,

MD

Dr. Perlmutter is a Board-Certified Neurologist and five-time New York Times bestselling author. He serves on the Board of Directors and is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition.

Dr. Perlmutter received his M.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine where he was awarded the Leonard G. Rowntree Research Award. He serves as a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and has published extensively in peer-reviewed scientific journals including Archives of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and The Journal of Applied Nutrition. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer at symposia sponsored by institutions such as the World Bank and IMF, Columbia University, Scripps Institute, New York University, and Harvard University and serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Perlmutter’s books have been published in 32 languages and include the #1 New York Times bestseller Grain Brain, The Surprising Truth About Wheat, Carbs and Sugar, with over 1 million copies in print. Abraham Morgentaler,

MD

Abraham Morgentaler, MD, is a leading international figure in the fields of testosterone therapy, prostate cancer, and male sexuality.

Dr. Morgentaler was born in Montreal, Canada. He graduated from Harvard College in 1978, and Harvard Medical School in 1982. Dr. Morgentaler completed his residency in 1988 from the Harvard Program in Urology, and then joined the faculty of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. He is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery (Urology), Part-time, at Harvard Medical School, Founder and Past-President of The Androgen Society, and Senior Editor of the journal, Androgens: Clinical Research and Therapeutics.

In 1999 Dr. Morgentaler founded Men's Health Boston, the first Men’s Health center in the US, focusing on sexual, reproductive, and hormonal health for men.

Dr. Morgentaler is credited with shattering the decades-old belief that testosterone therapy is risky for prostate cancer, and pioneering the modern use of testosterone in men. More recently, Dr. Morgentaler has been a leading scientific figure in the global discussion regarding cardiovascular risks of testosterone therapy. Terry Wahls,

MD

Terry Wahls, MD, is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Iowa and a staff physician at the Iowa City Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she teaches medical students and resident physicians, sees patients in traumatic brain injury and therapeutic lifestyle clinics with complex chronic health problems that often include multiple autoimmune disorders, and conducts clinical trials. She is also a patient with a chronic progressive neurological disorder, secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, which confined her to a tilt-recline wheelchair for four years. But thanks to the power of the Wahls Protocol™, which is based on Functional Medicine and the Wahls Paleo™ diet, Dr. Wahls restored her health and now pedals her bike five miles to work each day.

Mohit Khera,

MD, MPH, MBA

Dr. Khera earned his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University. He subsequently earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration and his Masters Degree in Public Health from Boston University. He received his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and completed his Urology residency training in the Scott Department of Urology at Baylor College of Medicine. At Baylor, he completed a one-year general surgery internship and then went on to complete a five-year residency program in Urology. After completing his Urology residency, he went on to complete a one-year fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor. Currently he is a Professor in the Scott Department of Urology at Baylor College of Medicine and he holds the F. Brantley Scott Chair in Urology. Dr. Khera specializes in male and female sexual dysfunction, Men’s Health andhormone replacement therapy. Dr. Khera also serves as the Director of the Laboratory for Andrology Research, the Medical Director of the Baylor Executive Health Program and the Medical Director of the Scott Department of Urology. He also serves as President-Elect of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America.

Dr. Khera has dedicated his clinical and research efforts to three main areas: Men’s Health, sexual medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. Soon after completing my fellowship he started the Laboratory for Andrology Research. His laboratory focuses on basic science research and he has had the opportunity to train many residents and research fellows over the past 12 years. In addition to his basic science research, he has initiated numerous FDA approved clinical trials. His basic science and clinic experiences have allowed him to thus far give over 250 lectures at scientific meetings throughout the world, publish over 120 articles in peer reviewed journals, complete 15 book chapters, and edit and write two books all in the field of sexual medicine and Men’s Health.

In 2007 he was awarded the American Urologic Association (AUA) Research Scholars Award to study the correlation between ED and BPH. In 2013 he was elected to serve a 4 year term on the American Urologic Society Examination Committee. Dr. Khera has also served on the AUA Peyronie’s Disease and Erectile Dysfunction Guidelines Panel. For the past several years he has taught numerous course in testosterone therapy and sexual dysfunction nationally and throughout the world.

Dr. Khera freely shares his time and knowledge with the general public. He has been voted several times as one of Houston’s Best Doctors by Health and Sport Fitness Magazine and by Houstonia Magazine and is a frequent guest on such TV programs as Fox News’ “Ask the Doctor.” He also writes a blog on Men’s Health for the Houston Chronicle Newspaper.

Austin Perlmutter,

MD

Austin Perlmutter, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician, New York Times bestselling author, educator, and consultant. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami and completed his internal medicine residency at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland Oregon. His focus is on helping identify and resolve the biological basis for “stuckness” in the body and brain, especially around decision-making. He hosts the Get The STUCK OUT podcast and is a co-producer of the Alzheimer’s, the Science of Prevention Docu-series. His writing is featured online on MedPage Today, Doximity, KevinMD, Medium, Psychology Today, MindBodyGreen, and DrPerlmutter.com, and his work connecting COVID-19 with immune-related depression appears in the peer-reviewed scientific literature.
