Jacob Horn

Jacob brings to the table 15 years of healthcare IT knowledge and experience, including 10 years of software development. As the Senior Vice President of Software Operations, Jacob spearheads the software division of Crystal Clear including managing an incredibly talented team of Software Specialists that provide the highest quality of software support, on-boarding and training. Collaboratively, Jacob and his team take feedback from customers about their experience with Crystal Clear to enhance internal processes and product offerings. Jacob also acts as the Product Manager for the Social Patient Center software and works closely with a team of talented developers to create innovative products to bring to market, and has delivered a wide range of client/server, SaaS, and mobile products to over 9,000 healthcare providers and 80,000 users worldwide. Jacob is considered a subject matter expert in healthcare and clinical operations and is passionate about providing users of his products with an exceptional user experience.
