Requirements and Graduation - Aesthetic Fellowship
The Fellowship graduation will be held in December, 2013 at our 21st Annual World Congress in Las Vegas, NV
Aesthetic Fellowship Requirements
- Modules 1-6 must be completed
- Proof of current membership in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine
- Documentation of attendance at two or more conferences on Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M sponsored events)
- Photocopy of your degree (M.D., M.B.B.S., or D.O.) from an accredited medical school
- Photocopy of an active medical license in the state where the applicant resides
- A CV demonstrating a minimum of five years of clinical practice experience (residency training applicable)
- Signed affidavit of no disciplinary actions

12 Case Studies:
- 2 Botox/2 filler (4 for Module IV)
- 4 laser/light (4 for Module V)
- 2 chemical peel/2 sclerotherapy (4 for Module VI)
